No dance experience is required, and no partner is needed. Everyone participates individually, making Latin Cardio a great option whether you come with friends or on your own.
Our classes welcome adults of all fitness levels, and we encourage everyone to work at a pace that's comfortable for them. The goal isn't to be perfect—it's to enjoy moving, stay active, and leave class feeling better than when you arrived.

Latin Cardio is organized into 4-week sessions, making it easy to build consistency while exercising alongside the same supportive group each month.

No. Latin Cardio is a fitness class inspired by Latin dance. While you'll move to rhythms found in dances like Salsa, Merengue, Bachata, and Cha-Cha, the focus is exercise rather than learning partner dancing.
Participants are encouraged to work at their own pace. Many movements can be adjusted based on your comfort level and fitness experience.
Comfortable workout clothing and supportive athletic shoes are recommended. Don't forget to bring a water bottle.
