Cha-Cha

The Cha-Cha is an American Rhythm dance and is therefore classified as a spot dance, meaning it is danced primarily in one area of the floor rather than progressing around the room. It is often considered the most flirtatious of the ballroom dances because of its playful character, upbeat rhythms, and expressive interaction between partners. The Cha-Cha originated in Cuba during the early 1950s.
